1.Summary
ZCW-15 Outdoor high-voltage vacuum automatic recloser (hereafter referred to as recloser): this is a new-type recloser combined by the vacuum circuit breaker and the recloser controller. The computer-based protecting functions of quick-disconnection, time delay quick-disconnection, and over-current protection. Flexible value setting, time delay setting make the users can set up definite value and delay time, and automatic reserve protecting value switching function, the recloser controller has the maximum of 3 times to reset the controller, and choose the reclosing times and intervals freely.
This product integrates a variety of functions such as measurement, control, monitoring, communication and remote operation, featuring a high level of integration, flexible configuration and friendly HMI. Applicable to simple or sophisticated distribution lines, it not only helps realize the basic functions of automatic distribution power network without background, but also can be used as the terminal of the distribution power network with background, a basic hardware device in the power system automation for ensuring high stability and reliability of the power system.

3.2 Structure Characteristic
3.2.1 The circuit breaker adopts the totally closed structure, has good seal performance, contribute to improving damp-proof and dew-proof performance, can be used in the high temperature and moist environment.
3.2.2 This circuit breaker is stable and reliable, does not burn out and explode, safely and non-maintenance, small, light, service life can be reached 10,000 times and more.
3.2.3 This circuit breaker can install two phase or three-phase outdoor electric current transformer, can meet the requirements of measuring and protecting. The electric current transformer have the ratios of 50/5 - 100/5 - 200/5 - 300/5 - 400/5 - 600/5 more than, user according to the situation to select for use.
3.2.4 According to the needs of user, can install additional isolating switch by the circuit breaker side, and use it as a sectionalizer. Between his isolating switch and circuit breaker have a reliable machinery interlock to prevent from mis-operation. Should close the isolating switch first, then close the circuit breaker before transmitting power; On the contrary, while cutting the power out for overhauling, first break the circuit breaker, then the isolating switch.
3.3 External voltage transformer
External (PT): Adopt JDZW-15R, capacity 300VA, the extreme capacity of 500VA, ratio 15000/220V.

4. Function characteristic of the controller
·Display function: Display the real-time voltage, electric current wave form, simple and convenient for users to operate.
· Measuring function: Measure the data such as the voltage, electric current, etc. in real time. Simultaneously display the state of the present switch at the same time.
· Protecting function: Have quick-disconnection, time limit quick-disconnection, time limit or inverse time over-current protection functions. Have many inverse time curves, the electric current value can be adjusted in succession.
·Reclosing function: Have a typical "switch-off - t1 – switch-on/switch-off - t2 –switch-on/switch-off - t3 –switch-on/switch-off - lock " performance characteristic. Reclosing time: Can be set freely 3 times, the relcosing interval can be set freely. Also can choose the pre-acceleration, after acceleration and sequence arrangement freely.
· Recording function：Can record various kinds of movement information, detailed record time, trouble, etc. and display the information on the screen.
·Closing/Locking：When the switches closing to the trouble point, the controller will break the switches automatically and lock the switches.
·Communication function：Communication function: Have the RS485/RS422 communication ports, to realize four remote functions, namely remote control, tele-metering, tele-signalling, remote-adjusting.
·Control function: Possess the reserve power output function, even in case of the power network cutting out, can still operate many times switch-on and off operation, to realize the power protection operation by the equipment.

2, after setting the value, need to shut off the keyboard, the setting can be refreshed.
3, the definite-time limit and the inverse time limit, cannot choose these two kinds of protection functions at the same time.
