1. Introduce
ZYKCQ-50 high-voltage outdoor automatic transfer switches (hereinafter shortened as the device) comprises of two parts – one HV vacuum breaker and one intelligent controller and is applied to the dual power source system of AC 50Hz, up to15KV voltage and 630A current. When one power source has a power cut or is under voltage, it will automatically switch the other normal power source in to supply power, reliably guaranteeing the continuity of power supply. It features also short-circuit, over-current and other interlock protection functions, effectively avoiding unnecessary secondary power supply impact when there is load fault. When the normal power source fails and can’t supply power, the device will complete automatic switch-over with the spare power source, to guarantee its reliability and security. It can also actualize selective and switch-over of the two power supplies as required by the loads and is particularly applied to the important venues where permit no power cut, acting as the significant and key electronic control device to guarantee uninterrupted power supply. It is the new generation of synchronous switch-over / restoration dual power source switch-over product characterized by original design, perfect performance, security and reliability, high automation degree and wide use scope. The product is designed to guarantee absolute isolation of the two high-voltage power supplies, adopts the mechanical and electronic interlock, and features high security and reliability.
It is widely applied to under15kV power distribution lines of oilfield, mine, metallurgy, chemistry, railway, telecommunication, machinery and lines of industrial and mineral enterprises. It conforms to standard of IEC60947-6-1,IEC62271.
